How Can I Pay for My Order?

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, it typically takes up to 36 hours to process and dispatch.

  • In most cases, orders are dispatched immediately.
  • However, during peak times, festivals, or unexpected situations, dispatch may take up to 36 hours.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is handed over to the courier partner.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Bengaluru, Tumkur: 1–2 Days
  • Karnataka: 3–4 Days (Rural areas may take a few more days)
  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: 5 Days
  • Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 5 Days
  • Tamil Nadu: 5 Days
  • Rest of India: 7 Days or more

Please note: These timelines are based on our past delivery data and may vary as deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners. We currently do not have our own delivery service, and hence, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Can I Request for a Speed Delivery?

Yes, speed delivery is possible, but it requires a separate arrangement.

  1. You will need to contact us directly for this request.
  2. Since a different courier mode will be used, a separate Proforma Invoice (PI) will be generated for the same order.
